The Class of 1981 gathered for afternoon and evening events on August 20th.
The afternoon started off with a lobster bake at the Dunn’s hanger on Beech Hill Pond where 23 classmates and their families enjoyed catching up, browsing yearbooks, swimming (the young ones anyway), and a boat ride across the pond. That evening some of the group continued on to Jasper’s Restaurant for cocktails where they were joined by more classmates. The “Traveled the Furthest” award went to Mike McGlothlin who joined us from California despite short notice of the event. Special thanks goes to Jim Dunn for volunteering the location and cooking all those lobsters, and Julie Lord, Mary Jordan, Laura Jacobs and our donors for making it happen. Looking forward to doing it again in five, short years!
