ELLSWORTH — Amy Dalrymple, a city native and Ellsworth High School grad (Class of 2006), has opened CrossFit Breakwater at the Mill Mall on State Street.
The capacious (6,600 square feet) exercise facility formerly housed an unfinished furniture retail operation.
Amy, formerly affiliated with Acadia CrossFit on Bucksport Road, has six years of experience as a coach and has been a certified CrossFit trainer for three years.
